Returns/Refund Policy
The Gift Horse Basket Company promises 100% satisfaction. If you, or your recipient, are not completely satisfied with your order please email sales@gifthorsebasketco.com and tell us why you’re not satisfied. A customer service representative will be in contact with you to discuss a replacement or refund.
Delivering Wine
The Gift Horse Basket Company contracts with UPS for all of our shipping needs. When shipping wine baskets, boxed wines, wine caddies or any gifts containing wine, UPS will require an adult signature for delivery. I.D. will also be requested.
